If awstats are not working after Plesk upgrade to v8.6 then download updated modules SiteAppStatistics.dll, statistics.exe and copy it to %plesk_bin%. Also make sure to backup old modules before copying.

Next update the stats by running the command -

“%plesk_bin%\statistics.exe” –all
